The TIC has recently begun to build an effective fleet, and is involved in a cold war with pro-Imperial Collace, which could soon become a "hot" war.
The world was first surveyed by a Sword Worlds naval vessel in 502, and colonized shortly thereafter.
McClellan Factors operates an advance administration and starship overhaul facility on Trexalon. This interface shipping and mercantile exploration firm, infamous in some quarters for its cut-throat tactics, maintains a major advance base in the Trexalon system. The company's main regional base is located on nearby Mertactor.
